Documentaries are like dark chocolate to me... I just LOVE LOVE LOVE them!
Here is a list of some of my all-time favorite documentaries that warm the soul and tease the brain. Personal growth all the way...
Best of all, these oldies are available online for free. Enjoy!
Stress, Portrait of a Killer (2008)
Monkeys, experiments, data... I love science and this one will show you the science behind stress.
Food Matters (2008)
A little controversial, but get ready for some good info.
The Buddha (2010)
Super mellow; this one is perfect to watch when you just want to seat back, learn and relax.
What the Bleep Do We Know? (2004)
Not for everyone... a little weird but it will make you think!
The Elegant Universe (1999)
What can I say? The universe is amazing, mysterious and elegant. This documentary is a jewel.
The Secret (2007)
I know, I know... don't judge. This documentary is based on an awesome concept and a think it was a game-changer in the line of self-help.
Bonus recommendation (this one I could not find for free):
The New Medicine (2006)
Have you ever been sick? Could you ever get sick again? Watch it.
A warm aloha!
